30th year of celebrating and saluting Excellence in Live Performance...

New 'MO' Statuette
The designers, Graham Simpson and the late Calvin Winetroube, have cleverly combined the past with the future and created a striking modern sculpture that preserves the most important part of the previous award - 'MO' himself.

In creating the new statuette, Graham and Calvin have combined crystal and laser technology of today, the shape of Australia's oldest monument (the Obelisk of Distances) and the previous statuette. The result is a radiant crystal obelisk, encapsulating a three-dimensional lasered figure of Roy Rene and a magnificent new symbol for the Australian Entertainment 'MO' Awards.
